Capacity and Space Management in RDCs
Production Planning

o Manage and ensure 500 customers’ orders to delivered on time.
o Supervise 150 staff including drivers and helpers though a coordinator.
o To prepare a daily route plan including KA, Prestige, SS and Groceries customers.
o Distribution of POSM Materials to expedite the sales as per marketing requirement.
o Organizing the moving and collection of Pallets.
o Fleet maintenance of 55 Beverages Vehicles and 05 Forklift on due service.
o Weekly and monthly KPI reports to SCM Manager.
o To ensure stock availability for daily orders and safeguard of special orders.
o Complying with all Health , Safety and Environment Standards.
o Deputing for Warehouse manager when required.
o Planning and forecasting the capacity of head count of department.
o Creating and a positive, proactive and team based culture.

o Scheduling deliveries around 600 outlets with in UAE.
o Driver allocation to their specified and new routes.
o Internal transfer of market returns’ material after QA confirmation.
o Fleet Management and timely maintenance of Vehicles.
o PDA/TABLETS synchronization and for van sales.
o Van Sales Transfer and resolve if any problem occur.
o Sales Order Picking and Generating deliveries though SAP.
o Invoice tacking and controlling all the logistics documents.
o To Make manual GRV and PDA Entered.
o Making new procedure with coordination of QA and Production to increase productivity.
o Perform physical audit and Stock Taking within warehouse and maintain proper records.
o Weekly meeting with SCM Manager regarding efficiency of logistics operations.
o Ensure all Safety/Hygiene rules and regulation to be followed by driver and helpers.
o Develop constructive and cooperative working relationships with our team, as well as cross-
functionally.

Operations
o Manage inbound and outbound logistics operations.
o Ensure loading and unloading through MHE and HSE rules and regulations to be follow.
o Dispatch loaded containers to QICT/KICT/PICT and ensure container reach on time.
Warehousing
o Safeguard of Dubai, UK,USA, CANADA and all other special shipments.
o Cycle count of material.
o Daily update and reconcile physical stock through ERP.
Transportation and Fleet Management
o Tracking shipment and deliveries; Calling container and trucks.
o Coordination with Shipping Lines, Transporters & Suppliers.
o Monthly Agreement with Transporter on agreed freight list.
o Avoid short shipment to minimize freight cost.
Documentations
o Prepare CI, PL, Certificate of origin, BL Specimen, PO.
o Prepare PR,PO,GRN, ASN and reports through ERP.
o HSE Reports Daily, Weekly and Monthly of the Department.

Procurement of industrial items and attending tender opening.
